The corpus now pins line 2 to digits that fit u64 (any count) and a pid to
digits that fit u32 after leading zeros. bash took a line 2 past u64 as a
far-future start (live); PowerShell rejected any line 2 over 18 digits
(so u64::MAX was malformed) and any pid over 10 characters (so a
zero-padded pid was malformed), and Windows PowerShell's [double]::Parse
throws on a creation time past double's range.
bash compares a 20-digit line 2 as two 10-digit halves (never in signed
shell arithmetic); PowerShell strips leading zeros before the width checks,
compares 20 digits as a decimal, and reads an out-of-range ct as +Infinity,
which never matches a live process. Rewrites carry line 2's exact digits;
only the age arithmetic clamps.
