Replaces the five resolver-stub tests (one of which asserted the cloud
fall-through) with two invariants driven by a real server.json naming a live
child process, read through the ownership-checked resolver:
- fallback resolution reaches the live managed server, and with the server
stopped returns (None, None) even with a cloud key present;
- the cached auxiliary client follows a restart onto a new port/key and
resolves to nothing once the server stops.
Both fail on origin/main (Gemini client returned) and on the original rung
(stopped server -> Gemini; cached path -> Gemini).
