teknium1 33c7018054 fix(email): deliver oversized cron output as one whole email ...

The delivery router truncated cron output above 4000 chars and appended
a footer pointing at a file on the gateway host, which an email
recipient cannot open. One email carries the whole body, so declare
splits_long_messages and let the router hand over the full payload.
