Hardening for the #59114 salvage: generate real standalone and merged handoffs with the current compressor and assert classify_summary_content agrees with _is_context_summary_content and is_compaction_summary_message on every emitted shape (behavior contract, not a format snapshot), incl. the flag-stripped DB-reload copy. Also adds the contributor email mapping for @israellot.
