The WSL create_time drift test was linux-only and monkeypatched
_pid_incarnation_matches, so it never exercised the real start-fingerprint
path and was skipped on macOS. Drift the record's create_time with
dataclasses.replace instead: the live PID's stable start fingerprint must
still prove liveness. Red on the pre-fix host_rendezvous.py, green on POSIX.
Also pin the standalone lock-loss probe sequence exactly
(calls == [None, None]) rather than a loose length/last-element check.
