teknium1 06bb6a65a9 fix(desktop): capabilities preview keys on the target default for a remote Bot, like the payload ...

`capSource` still followed a local roster name picked before the target
switched to another machine, while `clone_from` already mapped a remote
target to `default`. The preview (and the `profiles.describe` call) now use
the same remoteTarget → 'default' rule, so what the tabs show is what the
create request clones.
