kshitijk4poor 77c373ac5f refactor(agent): drop the stream watch's redundant pre-trim ...

RunawayStreamWatch.feed trimmed its held text whenever two tail windows
had piled up, tracked by a separate _held counter. Since checks now run
at most one tail window apart and every check trims to the tail, the
held text can never exceed two tail windows plus the latest delta
without that branch, so the extra trim, the _held slot and its
bookkeeping are dead weight. The class docstring now states the bound
the check's own trim provides.
