John Paul Soliva 85b54bde72 fix(auxiliary): the client cache borrows on the same terms as the client build ...

The cache key decided "keyless" with a truthiness check, while the client
build strips the explicit key first. A blank explicit key therefore built a
client on the borrowed main credential but shared one cache entry across
runtimes, so a later runtime was served the earlier one's key.

The runtime-endpoint shape (no base_url) had the same gap for any explicit
key: the build takes the runtime's endpoint and key there and never reads
the explicit one, so the runtime now always joins the cache key for it.
