teknium1 3ecfbdd14d test(delegate): sync the parent-interrupt case on the collected sibling, not its close()

The completed sibling's close() runs inside its worker before its future
resolves. Stopping the parent in that window found the future still pending
and reported the finished sibling as interrupted (CI run 37198702518).
