Teknium 8d734420da ci: route hermes_platform.resolver to the upgrade suite ...

update_cmd_commit._admitted_python now resolves python3.N through hermes_platform.resolver
(cd471c9c55a), so the update path imports the resolver package and a change to it must start the
upgrade E2E, like hermes_platform.host already does.
