Teknium 0c77988889 test(update): the post-commit ZIP resume test's git-command fake accepts checkout_move

The same #132386 interaction as the ZIP completion tests: this test
(from main) replaces update_cmd._prepare_git_command with a no-argument
lambda inside its child process, and this branch calls it with
checkout_move=..., so the child died with TypeError and the test read it
as a failed update. The fake takes **_ like every other fake of it.
