Teknium 55b51fa8ad fix(desktop): attach only to a host backend booted from this checkout ...

A CLI/launchd `hermes serve` that outlived an update kept serving the old
code; the new Desktop attached on token alone, got 503 "Restart required",
and Restart re-attached the same stale process. `/api/health` now publishes
the boot commit and attach falls to the next ladder rung (next record, then
spawn) unless it equals the checkout HEAD. Unknown Desktop identity
(packaged/non-git) keeps the token-only attach.
