liuhao1024 8b8896f4fb test(browser): rewrite deprecated linux_only marks as platforms("linux")

main replaced the linux_only/macos_only/windows_only marks with
platforms(...); the old marks now abort the whole test run with a
rewrite error. Follow up the rebase by switching the two capture-file
cleanup tests to platforms("linux"), matching test_spawn_site_child_env.
