The delete/archive tombstone atoms lived in store/projects.ts, which imports store/session. Resume lives on the other side of that edge, so consulting the tombstones from the resume path would have closed an import cycle. Move the atoms and their mutators to store/session-removal and repoint every consumer; no behavior change.
