Teknium 8627946148 test(install): start the treeless re-run fixture from a real treeless clone ...

The bare origin had no main HEAD, so the clone had no commits and stage_repository
re-cloned it as an interrupted install; a plain-path clone also ignores --filter.
The test passed on the unfixed installer. Use -b main and a file:// URL, and assert
the checkout was converted in place.
