teknium1 2e9401a6c0 test(e2e): compare against the real checkout identity, not the root seed ...

E2E tests diff in-process get_version_info() against a real hermes process
(Windows boot lifecycle: --version must report this checkout). Drop the
root conftest's seed for the e2e tree; those processes are heavy anyway.
