teknium1 6174e342e1 fix(tests): a nested test runner must not inherit the outer runner's slice ...

The runner's own probe tests start runners from inside a test process,
which inherits HERMES_TEST_SLICE from the CI slice job. Slice 1/2 then
ran half of each probe's file set and slice 2/2 ran none of a one-file
probe ("probe never wrote handoff file"). Read the slice once and drop
it from the environment.
