Teknium 93c9360a8d ci: markdown under pm/ no longer builds six PM bundles ...

pm-bundle, install-e2e and termux-verify trigger on pm/**, so adding pm/AGENTS.md
(and every later edit to it) queued darwin-x64 / win32-arm64 bundle builds for a doc
change. Nothing reads .md files under pm/, so exclude them from the path filters.
