The gate hand-rolled run_coroutine_threadsafe(...).result(). On a closed loop that raised and leaked a never-awaited coroutine (gate reuse Low finding). The shared helper closes the coroutine and returns None, which the gate now treats as a rejection, so it still fails closed.
