kshitijk4poor d0b786f354 fix(tui_gateway): forward a compute-host control.error code only when set ...

Gate r1 (quality, Low): every control.error from a classified route,
including the compress and codeless failures, carried `"code": null`
on the wire once session.save started forwarding its 4131 cap code.
Send the key only when the handler's error has a code. The compress
caller still maps every failure to its own 4009, so it is unchanged.
