kshitijk4poor 814c7de76e docs(sessions): say filtered export covers pinned/archived in --help ...

The salvaged #131075 fix makes filtered `hermes sessions export` include
pinned rows (archived were already included), so a backup taken before
`prune --include-pinned` holds every row prune can delete. Surface that in
the export --older-than help so users do not assume prune's keep rules
also narrow the backup.
