Siddharth Balyan 21a4ab05ec test(connectors): repairs by id never land on another account 
Three invariants, each red before the fix: a healthy unnamed account
reconnected by label mints nothing unless forced (then by id); an open
repair of one account is not reused for another; a session retry with
another account's id is refused. The RPC helper now reads only the
current call's reply from a shared transport.
