Invariants, each red on main: the account a call ran under survives the
single and batch dispatch paths; connect with an alias asks for that
account; reconnect with an alias repairs it while another account is
healthy; rename of an unknown name lists the valid ones; an open
operation is not reused for another account of the same connector; the
connect and rename RPCs carry the alias and map a taken name.
