Pins tomekdot/hermes-my-github-plugin at 639f0cf, which is what tag v1.2.5 peels to, and labels the entry version: "1.2.5". What the pinned commit carries: - UTF-8 decoding for gh output. Hermes Desktop launches the backend with `python -I`, which ignores PYTHONUTF8 and PYTHONIOENCODING, so locale.getpreferredencoding() inside the serving process is the Windows ANSI code page. The previous pin decoded gh's UTF-8 JSON through that code page, and repo descriptions rendered as mojibake — "Koło" as "KoĹ‚o", the em dash as "â€". Both subprocess.run calls now pass encoding="utf-8" plus errors="replace". - The review fixes from teknium1: _get_gh_token, _get_token and the token check in _api_get_gh are removed, since gh api authenticates itself, and the misleading GITHUB_TOKEN hint in the desktop error message is gone. The docstring now states the plugin uses gh api only and requires gh on PATH. - The four remaining Polish code comments translated to English. plugin.yaml and dashboard/manifest.json both report 1.2.5 at that commit. Verified before pinning: 639f0cf exists on the remote and its tree carries every path this entry claims — plugin.yaml, desktop/plugin.js, dashboard/manifest.json, dashboard/plugin_api.py, dashboard/dist/index.js and dashboard/dist/style.css. tests/test_utf8_decoding.py in that commit passes under `python -I` with a cp1250 locale: 61 repos, 0 mangled descriptions, 12 non-ASCII descriptions byte-identical to the raw gh response, HTTP 200 on /repos and /summary. name, repo, tier, category and capabilities are unchanged.
