Teknium 741f29d517 docs(update): post-commit contract in the compacted update-pipeline docs ...

main moved the update-pipeline long form from hermes_cli/AGENTS.md into
developer-guide/cli-internals.md (f3af936694). The C3 contract (nothing fails
after the commit point; root-home receipts that are on disk from the start)
now lives there, and the AGENTS.md rule bullet states it in the 30k chain budget.
