The Create-on picker let you pick a remote target, but the Clone-from
selector was disabled there and pinned to `default`, so the only way to
create a fresh Bot on another connection was to switch the whole window to
that gateway first (#94071 atom 1, the "remote Clone-from picker" residual
reopened on #101885). The create payload already handled the fresh case
(`clone_from: null` before the remote `'default'` rewrite); only the UI
blocked it.
Keep the selector live for a remote target and offer exactly what exists on
that machine: **Fresh profile** or its own `default`. This window's roster
names are never offered, since the remote box does not have them.
One invariant vitest drives the real dialog: pick Studio, choose Fresh,
Create Bot → `profiles.create` on the Studio route with `clone_from: null`.
