Brooklyn Nicholson 71cb7d60f8 fix(desktop): add model visibility recovery action ...

Edit Models gains a "Reset to defaults" action: it clears the persisted
visible/known model snapshots so models frozen hidden by the old
allowlist adoption come back, while custom models stay stored and shown.
Copy added in all supported locales.
