Teknium 3a453d26c2 refactor(desktop): move the update-hold boot case to its own test file ...

Code-health FILE_LINES ratchet on use-gateway-boot.test.tsx (2991 > 2955).
This PR's R8 M6 update-hold case moves to use-gateway-boot-update-hold.test.tsx
with a minimal desktop bridge, and the shared FakeWebSocket stand-in moves
to src/test/fake-gateway-socket.ts for both files. Test behaviour unchanged.
