On a fresh Windows profile `winget install` stops at the source and package
agreement prompts, which the agent's terminal cannot answer; the install line now
passes both flags and pins --source winget. On Arm the task reports the
architecture winget actually picked instead of inferring it. The "Install a few
apps" option names the machine as setup does (Spark, PC, Mac) instead of saying
Spark on every NVIDIA PC. Skill page regenerated.
