Sahil Vishnalya 684fd0e36e fix(gateway): an explicit --profile default names the default profile (#100817, salvage #100888) ...

gateway/status.py::_command_line_belongs_to_profile and
hermes_cli/gateway.py::_matches_current_profile rejected any -p/--profile flag on the
default-home branch, so a default gateway started with an explicit --profile default
(hand-written launchd plist mirroring the named-profile shape) was reported stopped and
could not be matched for stop/restart. Only a flag naming ANOTHER profile disqualifies.
