alt-glitch a175ddfeb4 fix(onboarding): the task chat setup hands off to gets no first-message offer ...

start_chat opens the first task in the user's own profile, where it is
the first session, so first_contact_turn_note treated it as a first
message ever: under the Store build the model closed its first reply with
"Send /initiate-setup when you want it", right after setup ran. The note
now skips any message carrying the first-task marker, like it already
skips the /initiate-setup turn and the setup profile.
