Teknium 64b5e039db test(e2e): the orphaned-update cell allows the marker custodian's release poll ...

Round 5's Start-MarkerCustodian takes a killed hand-off script's claim over and releases it on its
next 1 s poll after the update ends. Strict run 37393368977 read the marker ~2 s before that
release (custodian removed it at 01:01:32) and called it a surviving marker. The cell now waits up
to 30 s for the release; a genuinely stuck marker lives until the heartbeat ceiling, minutes.
