#134100 added a test that assigns globalThis.IS_REACT_ACT_ENVIRONMENT directly
(TS7017) and destructures ghost/outlined/size from a plain ButtonHTMLAttributes
prop type (TS2339). Vitest strips types, so the test passes, but `tsc -b` in the
web build fails, which breaks every Docker image build and the Desktop update
E2E seed on main. Cast globalThis like the sibling tests do and widen the mock
prop type with the three props it consumes.
