Teknium b2d3c7d3f0 fix(update): a completion child the job refused holds its own checkout lease (review R5b)
What: every Windows process that joins its ancestor's checkout lock also locks one of 16 lease bytes
past the owner's byte, taken while the owner is seen alive; _try_lock/checkout_lock_held and the Tauri
marker probe treat any held lease as a held lock. The refused completion child still runs (D2: a
committed update never fails) but is no longer unfenced.
Why: a child outside the kill-on-close job outlived a killed owner, whose msvcrt lock died with it,
so a contender acquired while the child still wrote.
Red/green: Windows-native cells (Python owner-killed/unbound child; Rust held lease) need a native run;
POSIX paths unchanged (update_lock suites pass, same failure set as base).
