kshitijk4poor fddab1ae8a fix(desktop): reap timed git trees on in-app relaunch too ...

app.exit() does not fire will-quit, and every in-app relaunch (About's
Restart, the bundle-swap relaunch, the GPU/no-sandbox relaunches) exits
through exitAfterBackendShutdown. Kill the timed git trees there as well,
or a probe in flight at relaunch still ends up under PID 1.
