The Distribution row collapsed every non-Store desktop build into one
label. Split it by the two stamp facts that answer "what did the user
install": payload (the artifact kind) and updateMechanism (who updates
it), plus the bootstrap installers' .hermes-bootstrap-complete receipt
for script installs.
- new pure resolver src/lib/distribution-label.ts owns the policy
- bootstrap shell (.app/.exe over a managed checkout, e.g. old macos
installer): "Desktop app (installer)" — was "Desktop app (MSIX)"
- install.sh/install.ps1 checkout: "Source (install script)" vs a
manual clone's "Source"; no provenance shows no row
- app-installer keeps the MSIX copy; Store unchanged
- electron/hermes:version exposes payload + installedByScript
- CLI banner marks a bootstrap payload's backend "· installer"
- version_info/steward/reporters unchanged: existing stamps already
carry every fact the label reads
