Teknium 4ebbbde286 feat(usage): expose the decoded Codex usage payload on AccountUsageSnapshot ...

Add an optional `raw` field carrying the exact decoded JSON body of the single
usage GET (no headers or credentials), so integrations can read provider fields
Hermes does not normalize yet. Defaults to None: other providers and existing
constructor calls are unchanged; invalid (non-object) payloads still fail
closed via the fetch_account_usage guard.
