kshitijk4poor fb5cbcb25a fix(config): skip a configured provider URL that urlparse rejects instead of raising ...

A custom_providers entry such as base_url: http://[::1/v1 made urlparse raise
ValueError out of _pick_provider_base_url, so every caller of the custom-provider
list (including cron's bare-custom base_url check) crashed on one malformed
entry. Treat it like the existing no-scheme/no-host case: warn and skip.
