kshitijk4poor f30d3c870e fix(matrix): name MATRIX_E2EE_MODE in the encrypted-drop warning ...

The default MATRIX_E2EE_MODE is off, so installing the E2EE deps alone
never attaches a decryptor; an operator following the old hint would
stay deaf. Point at the mode setting too.
