Teknium 4c4da27c36 test: windows marker timestamp test pins the v2 body ...

The es-ES culture case asserted the v1 two-line body; contract C1 v2 adds
line 3 ct:<unix seconds, 3 decimals>, which must stay culture-invariant
(a comma decimal would be unparseable by every other reader).
