The review pane docs promised three diff scopes, but the renderer hardcoded
'uncommitted', leaving Branch and Last turn unreachable even though the
Electron implementation and i18n strings were complete. Wire a scope picker
into the pane header and thread the chosen scope through the list/diff reads.
- Add $reviewScope (persisted) + $reviewTurnBase (HEAD-per-cwd map) atoms
- Thread scope + last-turn baseRef through refreshReview/selectReviewFile
- Capture HEAD at turn start per repo cwd, driven off $sessionStates so
pinned tile worktrees and background sessions get their own baseline
- Gate stage/unstage/revert and the commit/PR ship bar to the uncommitted
scope (branch/last-turn are read-only)
- Clarify the Last turn / read-only semantics in the desktop docs
