kshitijk4poor e0b843431b docs(install): document the libatomic host package step

Prerequisites now say the installer and hermes update install the distro
package providing libatomic.so.1 (sudo -n, one interactive prompt before
dependencies, never under --non-interactive), and the service-user section
no longer claims the installer provides no package-manager sudo step.
