Trims #130990's tests to the headline behaviour: Ultrafast must never read
as plain Fast. Python: one relationship test in test_openai_ultrafast.py
(inventory reports ultrafast only where the request path can apply it;
session.create keeps the exact tier, explicit tier beats legacy fast,
unknown words are rejected). Desktop: the composer pill label assertion
joins the existing Fast-label test, and the preset round-trip test stays.
The rollback/race and component tests duplicated coverage of the same
mapping.
