The gateway marks the account a reconnect replaced as disabled; Hermes
dropped the field, so every surface showed a retired account as an
ordinary inactive one. Account rows now carry it. connectors.connect
takes connection_id with reconnect, the only way a surface can repair
an unnamed account; operation targets carry it as repair_id.
