686f6c61 96c2d9ff78 fix(cli): ignore lifetime session tokens in the switch guard ...

selection_context_for_agent treated session_prompt_tokens as live context
whenever the compressor had no positive last_prompt_tokens. That field is a
lifetime sum, so a long session reported tens of millions of tokens and the
confirm dialog fired on every pick.
