A named credential that reaches the welcome host got the terminal "needs to reconnect. Run
/model..." copy immediately, though the same credential re-read that already heals the
mirror case (anon_on_paid_host) moves it to the paid host. Run that one-shot heal for both
wrong-host refusals; when the store yields the same route (a user-set
NOUS_INFERENCE_BASE_URL) the refresh reports False and the copy stands.
