Siddharth Balyan 08f3a7209f First-run intro no longer plays hearts; usage-stats bar waits out the tour (#129636) ...

* fix(desktop): no hearts during the intro, no stats bar during the tour

The hidden /initiate-setup turn expands to the skill body, and reaction
detection matched words like "thank you" in that text, so hearts played
on the first-run intro. Reactions now skip hidden prompts and expanded
skill bodies; only typed text counts.

The usage-stats offer waited for guided onboarding but not for the
handoff tour, so the bar appeared under the tour overlay. A reactive
$tourActive atom, cleared from the tour engine on every exit path, now
holds the offer until no tour is on screen.

* fix(tour): a closed one-off highlight clears the tour-active flag

The show path built its driver without onDestroyed, so closing a highlight
with Esc, the X or an overlay click left tourActive set and blocked the
usage-stats offer for the session.
