Teknium 519a13aaa6 ci: Desktop session open/resume changes run the core E2E ...

Every core spec drives open, resume and switch, yet changes under
apps/desktop/src/app/session/ skipped the suite on the PR; #132017
changed resume that way and main went red on remote-secondary.
