The /resume overlay was the only door that preserved the focused Bot tab's workspace scope;
the ⌘K session search (command-palette) and an artifact's "open chat" still called openSession
with the default Sessions scope, so opening a saved chat from a focused Bot tab through either
of them left the Bot workspace exactly like the picker used to. openSessionFromPicker now takes
the caller's unmodified intent (in-place for the overlay/artifacts, stack for ⌘K, or the ⌘/⇧⌘
modifier result) and both doors go through it.
Tests trimmed to two invariants: one open-session test covering the Bot-scoped in-place and
stack doors plus the Sessions control, and the session-states focused-scope test.
