teknium1 32cb9a6368 test: bind _slash_metrics_surface on the destructive-slash CLI stub

The stub binds each HermesCLI member process_command reads;
process_command now reads the shared-metrics surface class attribute,
so the stand-in carries it like _slash_handler.
